Olio Capitale 2024

“Olio Capitale” confirmed, also with its 2024 edition, the success of previous years. The event, now an unmissable reference point for olive growing and the production of extra virgin olive oil, both Italian and beyond, held in Warehouse 27 and Warehouse 28 of the Generali Convention Center Trieste from March 8th to 10th, saw a total of approximately 12,000 attendees.

Visitors, professionals from the gastronomic and tourism sectors, as well as simple enthusiasts, had the opportunity to taste the oil from the new harvest directly from the producers, learn about and appreciate the different varieties, pair the oil with various dishes, learning the secrets of pairing; they also had the opportunity to turn to professional tasters at the Oil Bar for free consultations and took part in guided tastings and other collateral events that took place over the three days of the event, now in its 16th edition this year.
