Birra in Fiera – the Central European Craft Beer Fair

Birra in Fiera 2025 – Central European Craft Beer Fair will be held from 31 May to 2 June at the Generali Convention Center Trieste.

The event aims to celebrate the excellence and diversity of beers coming from one of the regions richest in brewing tradition in the world, giving participants the opportunity to delve into the historical and cultural roots of Central European craft beer, the production methods and existing beer varieties, from the classic ale and lager varieties to the more daring and experimental ones such as sours, wheat beers and seasonal beers. There will obviously be tastings of products from a variety of breweries, as well as information and educational sessions conducted by industry experts.
