Corporate events

Christmas parties, conventions or team building activities: company events are a special type of event, with their unique characteristics.

One on the first things to be taken into consideration is the fact that in the case for corporate events the main characters are the employees, collaborators and members of the company; beyond external guests, such as institutions, customers and suppliers, it is to them – who are part of the company on a daily basis – that the credit should be given, honoring their role.

Taking this into account and the number of guests, the most suitable location will be chosen, also based on the content of the event, the type of catering that is intended to be offered and any moments of entertainment, choosing the activity – musical performances, comedy sketches or other – evaluating the average age, the type and, as much as possible, the tastes of the employees.

The dress code must also be established taking into account the objective of the event, the tone of voice of the company and the style that is desired for the evening: smart casual for a company anniversary, business for a more formal convention, elegant for a gala dinner or an institutional event, but also specific in the case of themed team building events. The spaces must also be set up in the same style and taking into account everyone’s needs for the success of the event.
