Olio Capitale Expo 2025

From Friday 14th to Sunday 16th March 2025 the Generali Convention Center Trieste will host Olio Capitale, the main expo entirely dedicated to extra virgin olive oil in Northern Italy, now at its 17th edition.

The Salon of Typical and Quality Extra Virgin Oils will allow participants to taste the olive oils directly from the producers, learn to appreciate the differences between the different extra virgin olive oils and match them correctly with food, as well as obviously purchasing the products. Professionals will be able to take advantage of free consultations from the expert tasters at the Oil Bar, specifically set up at the fair. Furthermore, the tourism organization Oleoturismo will offer over 20 holiday formulas at oil producers with related stays and thematic activities on the farm.

The last edition of Olio Capitale Expo saw the participation of over 220 producers, with 168 oils participating in the Olio Capitale Competition: the 2025 edition promises an encore of success, both in the Congress Center and in the collateral events proposed throughout the city.
